His ideas for the hardscape and landscape were perfect. He then suggested a beautiful fountain and lighting to add the finishing touches. We initially worked with Garrett to design and install our front yard landscaping. Garrett listened to our overall vision of the project and then he combined our wishes with his creativity to develop an interesting and beautiful landscape design. I recently had a local landscape company renovate the landscape surrounding my home. I contacted Garrett Henry after a neighbor said his company did a great job with their back yard. I spoke with Garrett several times regarding what I had in mind. He sent me examples, photos of many earlier jobs. I got a few independent quotes and decided to go with Garrett. The task here was no small chore.
Garrett and his crew were extremely punctual, polite, ethical, professional, experienced, skilled, efficient, friendly and hard working. No joke. They were onsite for my project every day from ground breaking day through final task. And the estimate I received for duration of work was accurate basically to the hour.
I’d provided Garret with a general design plan I’d created. That design was modified and vastly improved collaborating with Garrett because of his design and construction experience, creative ideas, suggestions and advice. Garrett discussed every step of the project almost daily before it was performed, and while work progressed. Garrett throughout said what he’d do and then did exactly what he said. All facets of the work being discussed before it was carried out resulted in no surprises. This was no small thing considering there was grading, hardscape (walls, patio, paver driveway), drainage, irrigation, plant material, and lighting. There was continual open discussion, decisions, and then progress.
It was a great experience working with Garrett. And results of the work and design are way above my expectations. Of many past contractors and skilled tradesman I’ve had the pleasure to work with at my house Garrett and team are at top of my list.

Garrett and his team did a wonderful job on our front and back yard makeover!
We already had several mature trees, but Garrett was able to incorporate plants, shrubs, bushes, and groundcover seamlessly into our existing yard plan.
We also added drip irrigation, lighting, and hard-scaping which is a huge improvement for a very finished look.

Garrett took the time before starting the job to meet with me a few times to go over exactly what to expect moving forward. Once the job was complete, Garrett walked me through exactly what to look for with each plant so I could be sure things were thriving properly. He took the time to speak with my gardener, too, so we could work together to keep the yards looking lovely. 

I really appreciated Garrett's patience and attention to detail. He and his crew showed up every day and kept on schedule to finish the job in a timely manner.
